They claim special packaging to minimize shipping damage as a point of pride, and from what I’ve seen they’ve done a good job with it. Nothing is ever fool proof, though, and the next best thing to having everything arrive in perfect condition is their same-day parts shipping guarantee. They cover the shipping cost of replacing any damaged part and manage to get it delivered courteously and quickly.
